This client contacted us at Shaun Cullen Roofing as they were having failing felt problems and some broken tiles to their roof.
We started by stripping old tiles, rotten lats and the failing felt. We then laid new breathable felt and placed treated lats to the roof before placing the correct sized lat gauges to allow the tiles to be nailed in place correctly. New lead flashings were installed to the main chimney along with new lead to the Valley. A dry ridge system was used as a maintenance free way of fixing all ridge and hip tiles to the roof.
