This client got in touch with us at Shaun Cullen Roofing as they were having problems to their roofing slates.
We stripped old slates and lats. We then laid new breathable felt and placed treated lats to the roof before placing the correct sized lat gauges to allow the slates to be nailed and rivited correctly. New lead flashings were installed to the chimney. A dry ridge system was used as a maintenance free way of fixing all ridge and hip tiles to the roof.
